Warranty:
We offer a 180-day service warranty against any defects, which includes parts and labor when applicable. Please note that some units may have discontinued parts and may not be eligible for all service options. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order information and a detailed description of the issue.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. If the return is due to defects or damage sustained during shipping, the seller will cover these costs. After the initial 30 days post-purchase, all sales are considered final and non-returnable or refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground from Las Vegas, NV. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please be aware that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
